Registration Information for Exhibitors
Rules & Regulations

1. Set-up and show times. Set up will be on Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at 5:00 PM, unless stated otherwise in your final letter. Cruise boarding for general public: Boarding: 6:00 PM - Cruise Sailing: 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Tear down & Deboarding: 10:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
2. Marketed Goods & Services. All products, equipment, or services to be sold, offered, or marketed in any way during the Florida Psychic Cruise must be included on the line Óproducts soldÔ above or they may not be part of the exhibit. Reader's booths may sell products, if space permits. Florida Psychic Cruises (defined as "FPC") reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any product, company brand, and/or service, and FPCÒs judgment shall be final and binding. No booth may have more than one reader at a time. No food or food samples shall be given away or sold unless approved by FPC.
3. Booth Provisions. FPC will provide a 2' x 2' (combine 2 tables for adequate space) undraped table and two chairs. FPC reserves the right to change or move booth locations if deemed necessary.
4. Security and Risk of Loss. Although FPC will endeavor to provide basic security during the Florida Psychic Cruise, FPC is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen goods equipment, or personal property. Exhibitors are advised to carry their own property and casualty insurance to cover losses from whatever source.
5. Exhibitor's Financial Responsibility. Exhibitor is financially responsible for any damage caused to booths, decorations, Cruise Ship property and any injuries and damages to third persons or their property that is caused by or originates in exhibitor's booth or through exhibitor's action. Third persons include, but are not limited to, business guests, invitees, others in attendance at Florida Psychic Cruise, other exhibitors, show staff, and any other persons at the Florida Psychic Cruise. Exhibitor shall protect FPC from all such claims, defend the FPC from such claims, and hold the FPC harmless from all such claims and the expenses thereof including the costs and attorney fees incurred in defending such claims, and shall pay all such claims for which any legal liability is established.
6. Compliance. Exhibitors will comply with all exhibit and show rules when and where they apply, and shall, confine exhibitor's activities including sound and odors to exhibitor's booth and booth's immediate surroundings. Consideration of noise level will be respected.
7. Cigarette Smoking & related fire Hazards. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Booths MUST BE ATTENDED with the burning of candles, incense, sage or any other material. If table is unattended, all such burning MUST BE EXTINGUISHED until personnel returns to attend same table.
8. Manning Booth. FPC expects that the exhibitor will have personnel in the booth throughout the Florida Psychic Cruise hours.
9.  Compliance with Laws. Exhibitor will abide by all Federal, State, and City laws pertaining to fire, safety, and behavior. (All booth materials and covers must be flame retardant). Exhibitors are responsible for meeting all City/State taxation, resale, licensing, and Health Department requirements.
10. Behavior. Exhibitors agree to conduct themselves in a respectful, cooperative manner appropriate to the integrity of the attendees, fellow exhibitors, and show management staff.
11. Risk of Loss for Unavoidable Cancellation or Termination. Exhibitors bear risk of loss through show cancellation or termination for which FPC bears no responsibility. In the event that any outside force, beyond the FPC's control, cancels the particular event of any Florida Psychic Cruise or prevents event from taking place or continuing, such as, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of civil disobedience or terrorism, acts of war or work stoppage, the FPC reserves the right to retain payments made by the Exhibitors to defray all FPC's expenses and losses.
12. Prepayment of Fees. All fees for practitioner and vendors MUST BE PAID BY Wednesday, October 17, 2007. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. If payment is not received by that date, your table will be sold to the next person on the pending waiting list for possible cancellations. Partial prepayment fees ($80) shall be forfeited as liquidated damages.
13. All booth sales are final and no refunds will be given if the exhibitor cancels.
14. FPC's Decisions Binding. Any decisions concerning the operation of the Florida Psychic Cruise, conduct at the booths and in the aisles, including but not limited to appropriateness of dress and behavior, not otherwise covered by these rules is subject to the sole decision of the FPC.
15. Violation Consequences. Violation of any of these terms and conditions or rules made by the FPC in accordance with this contract may subject the Exhibitor to immediate expulsion from the Florida Psychic Cruise, and the Exhibitor's property may immediately be shut down until the end of the cruise, and the Exhibitor shall forfeit all payments made under the contract all at the sole and exclusive discretion of the FPC and Exhibitor shall not be relieved of any other liabilities and responsibilities under the terms and conditions of the contract.
